What to Expect in Your Free Class

Arrival & Welcome (10 minutes)

Arrive 15 minutes early for a quick tour, equipment fitting, and brief introduction to our training philosophy and safety protocols.

Full Class Experience (60 minutes)

Jump right into a complete class with warm-up, technique instruction, training drills, and cool-down alongside our regular members.

Q&A & Next Steps (10 minutes)

Chat with your instructor about your experience, ask questions, and learn about membership options if you're interested in continuing.
